Book Recommendations

Reading and doing makes the difference!

My readers keep asking me what I read in the areas of wealth accumulation and financial education. The following books have made a huge impact on me and I therefore recommend that you read them as well.

Best regards

Florian

My personal book recommendations:

The Millionaire Next Door, Stanley, T.

I especially like the book, „The Millionaire Next Door„, because it reveals the behavior patterns and habits of millionaires. The media often show images of a millionaire sipping champagne and throwing money around. The book shows that real millionaires live very differently. If you want to know their characteristics, habits, and behavior patterns, this book is for you. In my opinion, it is a must for all prospective millionaires.

Rich Dad Poor Dad, Kiyosaki, R.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad is the absolute classic that everyone who wants to be financially free must read. In this book, Robert Kiyosaki explains the basics you must know if you want to free yourself from the rat race. His concept is very coherent and I was able to use large parts of it for myself. It is also a very good introduction to real estate investment. He recommends buying properties with positive cash flow, the same as I do. He will give you the right mindset to switch from „consumer thinking“ to „investor thinking“. „Rich Dad Poor Dad“ is in my opinion one of the most important investment books to create a solid foundation.

The richest man in Babylon, Clason, G.

The Richest Man in Babylon is especially suitable for beginners. Here, the basics of financial freedom are explained. The book is divided into several stories and thus differs greatly from other books on the subject of „Financial Freedom“. It is especially recommended for people who are starting in the minus to build up their fortune.

The Insider’s Guide to Making Money in Real Estate, Dolf De Roos

Dolf De Roos explains to you,

-The differences between commercial and residential real estate
-How to buy real estate at a good price
-How to increase the value of your property
-The way to find reliable tenants
-How to use tax benefits correctly
Personally, I find that The Insider’s Guide to Making Money in Real Estate is a very successful book about real estate that shows you how to build a fortune with real estate. Unfortunately, it is usually very expensive at Amazon, but you can order a used copy!

The Big Five for Life, John Strelecky

The book The Big Five for Life is about an unhappy employee who meets a successful and likeable entrepreneur. He wants each of his employees to set himself five goals in his life. Actually, the book is a must-read for executives. But in my opinion, everyone can benefit from the wisdom in the book. The book shines by the fact that the knowledge was packed into an exciting history.
